There are not enough words to describe how fantastic Paula Romanos is to work with. This was our second experience working with Paula in 3 years. We had the opportunity to move out of state and had to entrust the whole process to Paula which we did without hesitation. Even in the "rough market" for sellers she was able to broker a deal that we were happy with. Paula gave appropriate advice as to what we could do in order to prepare our house for sale and helped us navigate the uncertain market while we were 600 miles away. If we had a question it was answered directly and in a very quick fashion. She gave us great advice when the market overall was in a stagnant pattern but kept our house near the top of searches to keep viewings coming. When we got under contract and until closing, she kept the process as smooth and non-stressful as was possible. Any problems that arose during that time Paula immediately and acceptably resolved the issues. Probably the best descriptor of her we could give is that she makes you feel like you are her only client. In the case of someone who is adept and successful at her job as Paula is you know that is not the case she must have multiple clients. But that sense of professionalism and care Paula give to you does make you feel like she is solely dedicated to your home. You cannot go wrong using her to sell, or buy (which she helped us do in 2019) your home.

We worked with Angela Hunter and Bethany Hanson (A & B) for the sale of our primary residence in the Woodstone area. The entire process proceeded smoothly with minimum inconvenience to us during showings, etc. After a short period on the market, A & B generated 6 offers from potential purchasers. When I was first starting the home-buying process I requested to view a house through Zillow and received masses of contacts from potential REALTORS®. Patrick Logue definitely stood out. He was professional, straightforward, not pushy, and nice. I was a first-time buyer and he was very helpful, informative, and patient throughout the whole process. His background in construction was also helpful in assessing the various structural components of the house--gave me additional confidence I was making a good investment and not
buying a money pit. My budget was on the lower end, so I'm sure the houses he was viewing with me weren't the most exciting or awe-inspiring for him, but I never felt he treated my house search with less dedication or
professionalism. At closing, he said to call him if I ever had any questions--very nice. All-in-all, I really enjoyed working with Patrick and would highly recommend him to others looking to buy a home.

Over a period of years my husband worked with Andrea Rowley on the purchase and sale of several homes. He was consistently impressed with her professionalism, and he has complete trust in her. After our marriage a year ago, we decided we wanted to sell one of our houses. Andrea was the obvious choice. Dana Goodman is hands-down the most wonderful realtor, and now friend, that I could’ve hoped to meet. We bought a house with Dana four years ago, and my husband and I were out-of-state/country for the whole process. Dana repeatedly went above and beyond to ensure that we found the right house, Facetiming showings, giving us her honest and expert opinion on every one- whether it was the good, the bad, or the ugly!
